NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT)

NHS Blood and Transplant is a special health authority assisting the National Health Service in encouraging and supporting individuals to donate blood, stem cells and organs. The UK Cornea Transplant Registry is a sub-set of the UK National Organ Transplant Registry. The UK Cornea Transplant Registry contains valuable information on cornea transplants performed in the UK since 2000. It is not linked to any other registry in European and has no facility to analyse data on a European wide platform.
